Description

Im Rahmen der Sanierung des Stadthauses Paderborn sind Abbruch-, Erd-, Abdichtungs- und Rohbauarbeiten im Bereich des Plateaus, der Freitreppen- und Rampenanlage sowie des Paderinformationszentrums (PiZ) auszuführen. Der Leistungsumfang umfasst insbesondere den Abbruch und Rückbau bestehender Beton-, Stahlbeton-, Mauerwerks- und Belagsflächen einschließlich fachgerechter Entsorgung, Erdarbeiten mit Aushub, Abfuhr und Wiederverfüllung, Abdichtungsarbeiten an erdberührten Bauteilen sowie die Herstellung von Stahlbetonbauteilen, Bodenplatten, Unterfangungen, Freitreppen, Rampen- und Anschlussbereichen. Die Arbeiten erfolgen in innerstädtischer Lage bei stark eingeschränkten Baustelleneinrichtungs-, Lager- und Transportmöglichkeiten. Die Leistungen sind unter laufendem Baustellenbetrieb und in Abstimmung mit weiteren am Bau beteiligten Gewerken auszuführen. Besondere Anforderungen bestehen hinsichtlich Baustellenlogistik sowie Lärm-, Staub- und Erschütterungsschutz. Die vollständige Leistungsbeschreibung einschließlich Mengen, technischen Anforderungen und Ausführungsbedingungen ist den Vergabeunterlagen zu entnehmen. Mengengerüst: ca. 190 m³ Abbruch von Beton- und Stahlbetonbauteilen ca. 47 m² Rückbau von Natursteinplatten ca. 30 t Bau- und Abbruchabfälle/Bodenmaterial zur Entsorgung ca. 60 m² Bauwerksabdichtung ca. 130 m² Reinigung vorhandener Natursteinflächen ca. 550 m³ Bodenlieferung und profilgerechter Einbau ca. 165 m³ Frostschutzschicht ca. 150 m² Planum ca. 130 m² Sauberkeitsschicht und ca. 130 m² Perimeterdämmung ca. 32,5 m³ Stahlbeton für die Bodenplatte des PiZ ca. 1,1 t Betonstahl ca. 140 m³ unbewehrter Ortbeton für abschnittsweise Unterfangungen der Freitreppenanlage ca. 10 m² Schalungsarbeiten zzgl. weiterer Schalungs- und Betonarbeiten ca. 6,5 m Winkelstützelemente
