Summary

Machine-generated summary

The works concern the construction of a new Federal Police return terminal at Munich Airport, on an undeveloped site in the north-west of the airport grounds, partly within the security area with direct airside access. The building is a two-storey steel-framed structure of about 5,100 m2 gross floor area with a modular metal facade, a flat roof of around 5,100 m2 fitted for photovoltaics, no basement and two inner courtyards. The scope includes external works with some 79 parking spaces for service and emergency vehicles, drop-off areas, bus and visitor stands, drainage through local infiltration, and technical services supplied via airport infrastructure.
