Rahmenvereinbarung zur Bereitstellung von Kartenterminals und der damit verbundenen Leistungen in der Freien und Hansestadt Hamburg Kauf oder Miete von Geräten zum kartengestützten Zahlungsverkehr (Kartenterminals) für Zusatz- und Ersatzgeräte, sowie die sukzessive Übernahme des Betriebs der vorhandenen im Eigentum der FHH befindlichen Geräte (d. h. ohne Gerätewechsel). Darüber hinaus sind vorhandene gemietete Kartenterminals durch Mietgeräte des Auftragnehmers zu ersetzen. Hinzu kommen damit verbundene Netzservice-Leistungen zur - ordnungsgemäßen Abrechnung der elektronisch erfassten Datensätze, - Beratung, - Lieferung, Installation, Einweisung, - Einrichtung und Pflege von Stammdaten, - Beseitigung von Störungen. Los 1 beinhaltet Hardware, Zubehör und Providerleistung für mobile und stationäre Kartenterminals.; Für die zurzeit 18 integrierten Kartenterminals (Typ OPPC60), in den vorhandenen Kassenautomaten der Firmen HESS und CSG, soll vom Auftragnehmer lediglich die Provider-Leistung erbracht werden.
