Description

Lieferung, Inbetriebnahme und Betreiberschulung einer Testanlage für Polymerelektrolytemembran- Elektrolsysestapel für eine Wasserstofferzeugungsrate bis 80 SLPM Am ZSW wird aktuell das Forschungsprojekt BPPT_selektiv bearbeitet, in dem neue Be-schichtungsverfahren für Bipolarplatten in der Polymerelektrolytmembranelektrolyse (PE-MEL) untersucht werden. Im Rahmen dieser Untersuchungen werden auch Leistungs- und Lebensdauertests für PEMEL mit einer Wasserstofferzeugungsrate bis 80 NLPM durchgeführt. Zur Durchführung dieser Tests wird zum frühestmöglichen Zeitpunkt (Inbetriebnahme nach Möglichkeit in 2026) eine Testanalage mit automatischer Datenerfassung benötigt, die den unbeaufsichtigten Dauerbetrieb von Prüflingen mit einer Wasserstofferzeugungsraten im Bereich zwischen 1 und 80 SLPM bei einem Druck bis 50 bar auf der Wasserstoffseite ermög-licht. Der Prüfstandsbetrieb soll bei Differenzdruck und bei Gleichdruck möglich sein. Sowohl die Anode als auch die Kathodenseite soll mit Wasser versorgbar sein.
