Lieferung und Inbetriebnahme eines Labor-Doppelschneckenextruders inklusive Schulung vor Ort Lieferung und Inbetriebnahme eines modularen Labor-Doppelschneckenextruders zur Entwicklung und Optimierung von Batterie-Elektrodenrezepturen, sowie zur Herstellung von Musterchargen im Bereich von 50 g bis 5 kg. Der Extruder soll Rezeptur-Screening-Versuche bereits mit geringen Materialmengen ermöglichen. Dadurch können Binder, Aktivmaterialien und Fließhilfsmittel ressourcenschonend untersucht und zeiteffizient erste Erkenntnisse über die Eignung der Materialien, deren Anforderungen an die Rezepturgestaltung sowie ihre Verarbeitungseigenschaften gewonnen werden. Dies gilt insbesondere für neuartige Materialien, die häufig nur in begrenzten Mengen verfügbar sind. Darüber hinaus soll der Laborextruder durch seine vorgesehene Aufstellung in einer vorhandenen Glovebox die Untersuchung des Einflusses unterschiedlicher Umgebungsbedingungen auf die Materialverarbeitung ermöglichen.
