Description

Die Leistung des Loses 1 umfasst die Begleitung von Vergabeverfahren von der Vorbereitung über die Durchführung bis zum Abschluss (Zuschlagserteilung nebst Erstellung der Vergabeakte inkl.des Vergabevermerks sowie die Erstellung und Veröffentlichung aller erforderlichen Meldungen bis hin zur Statistikmeldung) aus dem Bereich von unter- und oberschwelligen Planungsverfahren nebst Liefer- und sonstiger Dienstleistungsvergaben sowie die Erstellung von Stellungnahmen und Gutachten für den Fall, dass im Rahmen dieser Begleitung Rechtsfragen aufkommen. Die Vergabeverfahren stehen im Zusammenhang mit der Beseitigung der Schäden der Starkregen- und Hochwasserkatastrophe 07/2021 sowie der Folgemaßnahmen im Zusammenhang mit diesen Vergabeverfahren. Das Auftragsvolumen beträgt ohne MwSt.: 5.315.000 EURO bzw. maximale Stundenzahl: 21.260. Die Einzelheiten ergeben sich aus der Rahmenvereinbarung, der Leistungsbeschreibung und den weiteren Anlagen. Es handelt sich bei diesem Projekt um eine durch das Land Nordrhein-Westfalen und die Bundesrepublik Deutschland geförderte Maßnahme zur Beseitigung von Schäden an öffentlicher und privater Infrastruktur sowie zum Wiederaufbau anlässlich der Starkregen- und Hochwasserkatastrophe im Juli 2021 (Fördermittelrichtlinie (FRL) Wiederaufbau Nordrhein-Westfalen) vom 27. Mai 2025.
