Description

Auftragsgegenstand ist die Weiterentwicklung, Wartung und Pflege der Individualsoftware "Wohnen in München (WIM)", des Onlineportals von WIM (= "SozialesWohnenOnline (SoWon)") sowie von neu zu erstellenden Komponenten, mit denen der Auftraggeber schrittweise die Software WIM ablösen wird. Leistungsgegenstand sind Serviceleistungen für die in den Vergabeunterlagen (Leistungsbeschreibung) beschriebene Individualsoftware "Wohnen in München" (WIM), für das Onlineportal von WIM, "SozialesWohnenOnline" (SoWon), die zu SoWon und WIM gehörenden EAIs sowie für neu zu entwickelnde Module, mit denen der Auftraggeber schrittweise die Software WIM ablösen wird. Die Vertragsparteien schließen eine Rahmenvereinbarung. Die Rahmenvereinbarung wird über eine Laufzeit von vier Jahren (48 Monate) mit nur einem Wirtschaftsteilnehmer geschlossen. Hauptbestandteil sind Pflegeleistungen auf werkvertraglicher Basis. Die konkrete Beauftragung erfolgt durch Einzelbeauftragung (Abruf) durch den Auftraggeber. Gegenstand der Einzelabrufe können sowohl Werkleistungen als auch Dienstleistungen sein. Der Auftraggeber geht derzeit von folgender geschätzter Bedarfsmenge (Schätzmenge), auf vier Jahre gerechnet, aus: - Dienst-/Beratungs-/Unterstützungsleistungen: ca. 8.000 Personenstunden / pro Jahr Insgesamt ergibt sich damit ein Bedarf von ca. 32.000 Personenstunden (Schätzmenge) über die Vertragslaufzeit von vier Jahren. Davon werden mindestens 19.200 Personenstunden abgenommen. Der Höchstwert der Rahmenvereinbarung beträgt maximal 5.000.000,- Euro zzgl. USt.. Die Angabe der Bedarfe gemäß Vergabeunterlagen wurde aufgrund der aktuell vorliegenden Bedarfslage getroffen und begründet keine Abnahmeverpflichtung gegenüber dem Auftragnehmer. Das dargestellte Mengengerüst beruht auf realistischen Bedarfsschätzungen des Auftraggebers und berücksichtigt die Planungen zum aktuellen Stand. Die Leistungen erstrecken sich über die gesamte Vertragslaufzeit von 4 Jahren.
