Description

Mit dem vorliegenden RFI sucht die Fraport AG einen Marktüberblick über Fachsoftware zur Flugverfahrensplanung mit integrierter Lärmrechnung, welche die Fraport Anforderungen im der Standard-Softwareausprägung bzw. mittels Konfiguration erfüllt. Ein besonderer Fokus liegt auf der zeitgleichen Berechnung der Lärmbetroffenheit im selben Tool mit der Flugverfahrensplanung ,sowie der Abbildung via ICAO PANS-OPS (nicht TERPS) Planungsgrundlagen / -verfahren. Diese Kombination ist für den Flughafen wesentlich, da Fraport im Kontext von aktiven Schallschutzmaßnahmen und im Rahmen des Ausbauverfahrens auch weiterhin Veränderungen an den Flugverfahren bewerten muss. Ziel ist es dabei immer die möglichst lärmärmsten Flugverfahren unter Beibehaltung der notwendigen Kapazitäten, auch im Kontext weiteren Wachstums der Flugbewegungen und zur Sicherstellung des akzeptablen Qualitätsniveaus zu planen und auszuwählen. Im Überblick werden folgenden Funktionalitäten durch Fraport nachgefragt: • Flugverfahrensplanung und -parametrisierung • Prüfung der Lärmbetroffenheit während der Planung • Import von Bevölkerungsdatenbanken • Import / Export und Bearbeitung bestehender Verfahren • Erkennung und Behandlung von Abweichung von ICAO-Standards • Simulation • Lärmauswertug und Berichterstattung • Post-Ops Analyse von Flugverfahren • Planungsverfahren und Anpassung an Behördenvorgaben Detailierte Anforderungsbeschreibung sowie weitere Informationen können bis zum 19.10.2026 um 15:00 Uhr per E-Mail an it-einkauf@fraport.de angefragt werden.
