Summary

Machine-generated summary

The Brandenburg State Parliament administration in Potsdam uses the electronic parliamentary records and information system ELVIS, which no longer meets current technical and functional requirements. It is seeking a provider to implement a successor system, internally called LISA.BB, covering core parliamentary processes, notably plenary and committee sessions including the preparation, conduct, follow-up and minute-taking. The system should increase efficiency, transparency and traceability and integrate seamlessly with existing and future third-party systems to enable media-disruption-free end-to-end processes and avoid duplicate data entry. Around 60 of the administration's 170 staff currently use ELVIS.
