The German Centre for Astrophysics (DZA) is procuring the introduction of an ERP system landscape to support its administrative processes. The contract covers delivery of a fully implemented system landscape with all required systems, modules and licences meeting the requirements from the project definition and requirements catalogue. Services include project management, consulting to achieve operational readiness, concept development, initial configuration and implementation of modules and processes, plus support for testing and training. Support is included for 4 years after go-live of the first release. An optional extension (Release 2) to map further processes may be ordered. Implementation must comply with GDPR and IT security requirements.
