Description

Abwasser-, Wasser- und Wärmeversorgungsanlagen Der Landkreis Gießen beabsichtigt derzeit die Erweiterung der Hofburgschule in Alten-Buseck. Auf dem Grundstück in der Pestalozzistraße 2, 35418 Buseck, befindet sich der Schulkomplex mit zwei Gebäudeteilen aus den Jahren 1960 und 1990, die durch ein Atrium verbunden sind, sowie der Schulhof, der die Schule großzügig umrahmt. Der neue Anbau soll nördlich an das bestehende Gebäude angeschlossen werden. Dabei wird die Erweiterung an zwei Stellen wie eine Klammer mit dem Bestandsbau verbunden und umschließt in der Mitte eine neue Aula sowie im Obergeschoss einen kleinen Lichthof. Der Anbau wird pro Etage zwei Klassenräume, einen Differenzierungsraum, einen Technikraum und ein Büro/Kopierraum umfassen. In beiden Etagen soll der neue Flur direkt an die bestehenden Flure angeschlossen werden. Die Beschaffungsmassnahme umfasst die Installation von: 160 m PP-Abwasserleitungen DN 50-DN 100 1 St. Regennutzwasseranlage mit Hauswasserwerk und 28 m3 innenliegende Kunststoff-Speicher 170 m Trinkwasser-Edelstahlrohr DN 15-DN 50 mit Isolierung, 30 St. Sanitärobjekte 1 Luft-Wasser-Wärmepumpe mit 750 l Pufferspeicher, 1 St. Gas-Brennwertkessel 80 kW 400 m Heizungsrohr DN 15-DN 50 20 St. Stahl-Röhrenheizkörper
