Description

Im Bau bzw. geplant sind 2 Ersatzneubauten an der Grundschule "Bunte Schule " Lollar, Schur 2-4, 35457 Lollar. Die ausgeschriebene Leistung betrifft die Freianlage für das Gebäude 2 sowie die Sanierung des Schulhofes im 2. Bauabschnitt. Die Grösse der zu bearbeitenden Fläche beträgt ca. 2.300 qm. Transportwege innerhalb des/ der Baufelder ergeben sich wie folgt: Die maximale Länge und Breite des Baufeldes Schulgelände beträgt ca. 105 m und 70 m. Die maximale Länge und Breite des Baufeldes öffentlicher Spielplatz beträgt ca. 55 m und 30 m. Die Flächen teilen sich auf, wie folgt: Pflasterflächen ca. 960 qm, Plattenbelag als Traufstreifen ca. 130 m, Sandspielfläche ca. 325 qm, fugenlosen Fallschutzflächen ca. 80 qm, Rasengitterplatten EPDM ca. 55 qm. Ein 3 stufiger Treppenlauf Breite 2,25 mit Handlauf. Pflanzflächen ca. 505 qm, davon Staudenpflanzung 120 qm und Baumpflanzung Hochstämme 11 Stück. Des Weiteren sind ca. 120 m Sitzmauern, teilweise mit Holzauflagen, sowie an Spielgeräten Springplatten 4 Stück geplant. Ausserdem sind Drehflügeltore zweiflügelig 3 Stück und Drehflügeltore einflügelig 3 Stück vorgesehen, sowie ein Doppelstabgitterzaun in Höhe 1,80 und Länge ca. 80 m und ein Ballfangzaun mit einer Höhe von 4,00 m und einer Länge von ca. 18 m.
