Bei dem Bauvorhaben handelt es sich um einen Erweiterungsbau einer Grundschule mit Sporthalle, Umkleidekabinen, 3 Technikräume, 1 Mensa mit Aufwärmküche und Spülküche, Speisesaal mit Bühne, Sanitärräume, Lager und Nebenräume, ca. 4 Klassenräume, 2 Differenzierungsräume und die Verwaltungsräume. Die Sanitärinstallation besteht im Wesentlichen aus den Leistungen/Bauteilen: Abwasserinstallation mit ca. 400 m Schallgedämmtes Kunststoffrohr DN 50 bis DN 125, Ca. 10 m Gussrohr, Ca. 4 Belüftungsventile, Ca. 11 Dachentlüftung, Ca. 50 Brandschutzabschottungen, Ca. 27 Bodenabläufe Trinkwasserinstallation mit Hausanschluss mit Rückspülfilter, Druckminderer, Absperreinrichtung und Zähler, Ca. 980 m Kupferrohr mit Pressfittinge, Ca. 30 Stk. Absperrventile, Spülventile, 1 Stk. Systemtrenner mit Trennstation, Ca. 4 Stk. Hygienespüleinheiten, Ca. 5 Stk. Elektro Durchflusserwärmer, 1 Stk. 200l Warmwasserspeicher, 1Stk. 50 l Warmwasserspeicher, Ca. 15 Stk. Elektronische Waschtisch-Armatur
