Die IGS Lindenau in Hanau eine schulformübergreifende (integrierte) Gesamtschule mit gymnasialer Oberstufe. Sie befindet sich im Randgebiet des Hanauer Stadtteils Großauheim in der Rue de Conflans 4. Auf dem Schulgrundstück ist die Schule bisher in fünf Baukörper verortet. Die IGS Lindenau soll zur achtzügigen schulformübergreifenden Gesamtschule mit einer vierzügigen gymnasialen Oberstufe erweitert werden. Um den erforderlichen Raumbedarf zu decken, soll ein weiterer Baukörper als freistehender 3-geschossiger Erweiterungsbau errichtet werden. Der Hauptzugang ist den bestehenden Gebäuden zugewandt. Bestandteil dieser Ausschreibung sind die Gerüstbauarbeiten, bestehend aus einem freistehenden Fassadengerüst mit ballastierenden Aussteifungstürmen. Teilbereiche des Fassadengerüstes sind auf Dächer herzustellen. Im Innenraum sind Raumgerüste in Treppenhäusern als auch Fahrgerüste zu stellen. Leistungsumfang Vorbereitende Maßnahme: - Statisch konstruktive Bearbeitung 1 pschl. - Werk- und Montageplanung Fassadengerüst 1 pschl. Leistungsumfang freistehendes Fassadengerüst: - Fassadengerüst, Metallgerüst, SW09, LK 3 ca. 2.205 m²; - Fassadengerüst, Metallgerüst, auf Dach ca. 548 m²; - Ausfertigungsturm 2-lagig ca. 19 Stück; - Ausfertigungsturm 4-lagig ca. 10 Stück; - Ausfertigungsturm 6-lagig ca. 24 Stück; - Schutzbelag, Gummigranulatmatten ca. 105 m²; - Gerüstverbreiterung innen, 0,36 m ca. 1.380 m; - Innengeländer, 2-tlg ca. 1.380 m; - Gerüstverkleidung mit Schutznetz ca. 2.205 m². Leistungsumfang Innenraum: - Fahrgerüste, Arbeitshöhe bis 3,60 m ca. 6 Stück; - Raumgerüst Treppen ca. 585 m³.
