Description

Raumlufttechnische Anlagen Maßnahmenbeschreibung LV Lüftung: Für die neu geplante Produktionsküche in Haus 12 der LVR Klinik Langenfeld wird auf dem Dach des Anbaus eine neue Technikebene entstehen, auf der die Raumlufttechnische Anlage platziert wird. Die Luftmenge des Zuluft- sowie des Abluftgeräts beträgt 33.155 m³/h. Grundlage der Luftmengen sind die DIN 16798 sowie die VDI 2052. Für die Wärmerückgewinnung ist ein Kreislaufverbundsystem vorgesehen. Thermische Luftbehandlungen sind Heizen und Kühlen. Die Luftführung erfolgt über ein Kanalnetz aus Stahlblechkanälen, Wickelfalzrohren und längsgeschweißten Rundrohren. Aufgrund der Nutzung als gewerbliche Küche ist die Abluft in Teilen als fetthaltige Abluft abzuführen. Die Be- und Entlüftung erfolgt konstant. Als Luftauslässe werden Tellerventile, Drall- und Horizontalauslässe eingesetzt. In allen Kanälen die Brandwände, feuerbeständige oder feuerhemmende Wände und Decken durchqueren, werden Brandschutzklappen bzw. Brandwanddurchführungen der geforderten Widerstandsklasse eingebaut. Für die RLT-Anlagen ist die notwendige Schall- und Wärmedämmung von Kanälen geplant. Für die auf der Dachfläche verbauten Kanäle und Rohre wird eine Isolierung mit anschließender Blechummantelung vorgesehen. Umfang der Leistung: - Zuluftgerät ca. 33.155 m³/h 1Stk. - Abluftgerät ca. 33.155 m³/h 1Stk. - Hydralikstation KVS-Modul - Zonengerät thermische Luftbehandlung - Kanäle und Formstücke ca. 1340 m² - Rundrohr ca. 350m - Tellerventile ca. 10 Stk. - Deckendurchlass ca. 16 Stk.
