Summary

Machine-generated summary

Berliner Wasserbetriebe (BWB) are building a central laboratory at the Jungfernheide site in Berlin Spandau (Siemensstadt), at the corner of Motardstrasse and Rohrdamm. The project comprises a four-storey laboratory building with basement and a single-storey utility building, replacing laboratories currently spread across Berlin. This call covers supply and installation of ventilation and air conditioning systems serving all five levels (basement, ground floor, first floor, second floor and the rooftop plant room), including laboratory ventilation for S1 and S2 requirements, plus technical, ancillary and meeting rooms. Scope includes two supply-air partial air conditioning units, each rated 34,000 m3/h, and process exhaust air (laboratory exhaust) systems. Installation work is calculated with parallel activities on all five floor levels, and the building is to achieve BNB Silver certification.
