Summary

Machine-generated summary

Berliner Wasserbetriebe (BWB) are planning a new central laboratory at the Jungfernheide site in Berlin's Spandau district, consolidating laboratories currently spread across Berlin. This procurement covers the delivery and installation of ventilation and air conditioning (RLT) systems, package 12: process exhaust air (laboratory extract air). The systems serve all five floor levels (basement, ground floor, first and second floors, and the rooftop plant centre) of a four-storey laboratory building plus a one-storey utility building at Motardstrasse / Rohrdamm. Works include laboratory ventilation meeting S1 and S2 requirements and facilities for technical, side and meeting rooms, with two partial air-conditioning supply units of 34,000 m3/h each. Construction proceeds while the site remains in operation, with parallel installation on all floors planned.
