Summary

Machine-generated summary

Berliner Wasserbetriebe is building a new central laboratory at the Jungfernheide site in Berlin Spandau, at the corner of Motardstrasse and Rohrdamm. The project comprises a four-storey laboratory building with basement and a single-storey utility building, bringing together the drinking water, wastewater and discharge monitoring laboratories currently spread across Berlin. This contract covers the supply and installation of the heating supply, process heat and cooling systems serving all five levels, from basement to the rooftop ventilation plant. Work takes place on an operating site, with parallel installations on all five storeys and coordination with other trades. The building is designed to achieve BNB silver certification.
