Los 17 Heizung - Sanitärarbeiten Werk- und Montageplanung / Inbetriebnahme und Abnahmen Heizung - der Neubau erhält eine Heizungsanlage mit Fernwärmeversorgung + Verteiler mit HZ-Pumpen, Ventile etc. - das Rohrleitungssystem, ca. 600 m in verschiedenen Durchmessern (Rohre + Formstücke) - alle Räume erhalten eine Fußbodenheizung, ca. 1600 m2 Gesamtfläche - Einzelbereiche mit Plattenheizkörpern - die Regelung der Heizungsanlage ist entsprechend der Heizkreisaufteilung aufzubauen Schmutzwasser-/Wasserinstallation - Schmutzwasser-Leitungen ca. 400 m unterschiedlicher Durchmesser - Wasserleitungen aus Stahlrohr unterschiedlicher Durchmesser ca. 900 m; sowie Mehrschichtverbundrohr ca. 220 m zzgl. der Dämmarbeiten - Warmwasser mit Frischwasserstation - alle Durchbrüche/Bohrungen bis 150 mm werden selbst erstellt und mit entsprechenden Brandschutzschalen versehen bzw. zu verschließen - Trinkwasseranschluss ist herzustellen - es sind 8 Stück WC Bereiche unterschiedlicher Größe herzustellen, die Hälfte davon für Hortkinder inkl. der Hygieneausstattung
