Summary

Machine-generated summary

Stadtwerke Flensburg GmbH is procuring building services works (Lot 361, TGA/HKL) as part of its district heating transformation plan at its combined heat and power plant on Batteriestrasse 48 in Flensburg. The scope covers cooling and heating of switchgear rooms and ancillary rooms with split units, mechanical ventilation via an RLT system and mechanical smoke extraction. The heat pump hall receives a supply air unit for electric heating in winter and removal of internal heat loads in summer, also supplying air during refrigerant leaks while a separate low-level extract discharges through the roof. Large heat pump modules using an A2L refrigerant will be installed and commissioned, with ATEX-compliant components such as supply and extract air, emergency ventilation and alarm systems, in accordance with DIN 378.

Description

Hallenbereich (Maschinenraum gem. DIN 378) • Zuluft (4 x 16.500 m³/h) • Abluft (4 x 12.250 m³/h) • Notluft (6 x 8.270 m³/h) • NRA (6 Stück) • Optische und akustische Alarmierung 3) Gebäudeautomation 4) Dokumentation siehe auch 00_Projektbeschreibung siehe benannter Leistungsumfang
