Die Stadt Hanau plant am Jürgen-Sticher Platz 1 zwei Erweiterungen der bereits bestehenden Theodor-Heuss-Schule. Die Grundschule soll durch die Erweiterung 3,5-zügig werden und den Schülern ein Ganztagsangebot bieten. Bestandteil dieser Ausschreibung sind die Heizungsinstallationsarbeiten. Leistungsumfang Heizung: - Gasbrennwertkessel mit jeweils 100 kW 2 Stück; - Heizverteiler mit 3 Heizgruppen 1 Stück; - Verrohrung Heizung einschließlich Verbindungsstücke und Dämmung ca. 1.100 m; - Pumpen / Mischer 6 Stück; - Verrohrung RLT einschließlich Verbindungsstücke und Dämmung ca. 90 m; - Pumpen / Mischer 2 Stück; - Wärmepumpe 65 kW 1 Stück; - Verrohrung Heizung / Kühlung einschließlich Verbindungsstücke und Dämmung ca. 150 m; - Pumpen / Mischer 2 Stück; - Fußbodenheizung einschließlich Trittschalldämmung und zwei Verteilkästen 260 qm; - Heizrohr für Fußbodenheizung ca. 1.000 m.
