Description

Die Karl-Rehbein-Schule (KRS) nutzt seit mehreren Jahren Räume der Pestalozzischule als Zweigstelle. Um Platz für die zukünftige Erweiterung der Grundschule zu schaffen, soll für die Oberstufe der Karl-Rehbein-Schule ein neues Gebäude auf einer Teilfläche des Fronhof-Areals errichtet werden. Das "Haus des Handwerks" wurde im Zuge der geplanten Erweiterung vollständig zurückgebaut, um den Neubau zu realisieren. Leistungsumfang Dachdecker- und Abdichtungsarbeiten: - Abdichtung Bodenplatt EG; - Aufbringen einer bituminösen Dampfsperre; - Dachaufbau / Gründach und Dachterrasse Erstellung eines Dachaufbaus bestehend aus Mineralwolldämmung und Bitumenabdichtung mit extensiver Dachbegrünung und teilweise Terrassen; - Attikaabdeckung: Attikaabdeckung aus Aluminium inklusive Unterbaus; - Herstellung einer neuen Dachentwässerung: Erstellung einer neuen Dachentwässerung bestehend aus Haupt- und Notentwässerung; - Eindichten von bauseitigen Dachaufbauten: Eindichten der bauseitigen Dachaufbauten mit Flüssigkunststoff zur Abdichtung; - Gründach mit PV-Anlage (Unterkonstruktion); - Eindichten von Fassaden + Fenstern: Eindichten Bodentiefe Fenster / Fassaden und Türelemente mit Flüssigkunststoff;
