Description

An der Mendelstraße in Münster soll der Campus der Technologieförderung Münster durch die Kombination eines 2-geschossigen Labor- bzw. 6-geschossigen Bürogebäudes mit Technikgeschoss als kooperative Forschungsinfrastruktur für die Batteriezellindustrie ergänzt werden. Die geplante Neuerrichtung des Gebäudes in Massivbauweise beinhaltet Laborflächen mit dazugehörigen Werkstatträumen, sowie Büroflächen für bis zu vier unabhängige Nutzer, sowie zusätzliche Büroräume auf insgesamt ca. 1.500 qm Nutzfläche. Unten aufgeführte Leistungen der Kostengruppe 430 nach DIN 276 sind Bestandteil dieser Veröffentlichung: - Lüftungsgeräte Labore - WC-Abluft - VBF Gefahrstofflager - Einzel- und Dachlüfter - Gitter und Auslässe - Luftkanäle - Wärmedämmung - Luftkanäle - Variable Volumenstromregler - Errichtung, Prüfung und Revision Die Auflistung ist nicht vollständig und ist dem beigefügten Leistungsverzeichnis zu entnehmen.
