Description

An der Mendelstraße in Münster soll der Campus der Technologieförderung Münster durch die Kombination eines 2-geschossigen Labor- bzw. 6-geschossigen Bürogebäudes mit Technikgeschoss als kooperative Forschungsinfrastruktur für die Batteriezellindustrie ergänzt werden. Die geplante Neuerrichtung des Gebäudes in Massivbauweise beinhaltet Laborflächen mit dazugehörigen Werkstatträumen, sowie Büroflächen für bis zu vier unabhängige Nutzer, sowie zusätzliche Büroräume auf insgesamt ca. 1.500 qm Nutzfläche. Elektro-, Sicherheits- und Informationstechnische Anlagen. Die Maßnahme umfasst die Niederspannungsanlagen, Unterverteilungen, Beleuchtungsanlagen, Sicherheitsbeleuchtung, Fernmelde- und informationstechnische Anlagen und die technischen Anlagen in den Außenanlagen.
