Die Stadt Gießen beabsichtigt, auf dem Gelände der Liegenschaft „Theodor-Litt-Schule“ in Gießen, ein Werkstattgebäude als Ersatzneubau zu errichten. Es handelt sich um ein zweigeschossiges Gebäude für die Lehrausbildung handwerklicher Berufe. Die Grundfläche je Etage beträgt ca. 3000 m². Im Gewerk Raumlufttechnik sind folgende Maßnahmen geplant: Die Räume im EG und OG werden als Werkstatträume, teilweise mit Maschinenausbildungsplätzen, aber auch für theoretischen Unterricht genutzt. Hier wird der hygienisch notwendige Luftwechsel mittels zentraler Teilklimaamlagen realisiert. In den Etagen wird die Luftverteilung als anspruchsvolle Sichtinstallation in der Holzkonstruktion integriert ausgeführt. Im Untergeschoss befindet sich die gesamte technische Ausrüstung für den Gebäudebetrieb. Die Hausanschlüsse, Elt-, Heizungs-, Trinkwasser- und Druckluftverteiler, Zentralgeräte für die Raumlufttechnik sowie die Absauganlagen für die Holzbearbeitungsmaschinen und die Schweißausbildungsplätze. Im Wesentlichen besteht der Installationsumfang RLT aus: 3 St. RLT-Zentralgerät, 2x ca. 15.000 m³/h, 1x ca. 3.500 m³/h mit WRG, 3 St. Kanalventilatoren bis 200 m³/h, Ca. 3.200 m² Kanal- und Formteile, ca. 70% Abmessungen in Abrechnugsgruppe 1, 51 St Brandschutzklappen, 70 St. Volumenstromregler variabel, 110 St. Schalldämpfer, 200 St. Deckenluftdurchlässe, 100 m² Sonderkonstruktion AUL-Schacht aus Sandwichplatten incl. Tragkonstruktion Mit den entsprechend erforderlichen Komponenten und Zubehör im Gebäude zu installieren.
