Elektrotechnik Es handelt sich um ein zweigeschossiges Gebäude für die Lehrausbildung handwerklicher Berufe. Die Grundfläche beträgt ca. 3000 m². Die Räume im EG und OG werden als Werkstatträume, teilweise mit Maschinenausbildungsplätzen, aber auch für theoretischen Unterricht genutzt. Im Untergeschoss befindet sich die gesamte technische Ausrüstung für den Gebäudebetrieb. Die Hausanschlüsse, Elt-, Heizungs-, Trinkwasser- und Druckluftverteiler, Zentralgeräte für die Raumlufttechnik sowie die Absauganlagen für die Holzbearbeitungsmaschinen und die Schweißausbildungsplätze. Im Wesentlichen besteht der Installationsumfang aus: 8 St. Unterverteilungen - Standverteiler, 1St. Photovoltaik - Verteiler, 200 St Installationsgeräte - Versorgungswürfel, 8 St. Installationsgeräte - Steckdosensäulen, 180 St. Installationsgeräte (Schalter, Steckdosen), ca. 49.000 m Elektroinstallationskabel und Leitungen, ca. 650 m Steigleitungen (25 bis 70 mm²), 1 St. Sicherheitsbeleuchtungsanlage, 365 St. Sicherheits- und Rettungszeichenleuchten, ca. 1.100 m Lichtband - Anbaumontage, ca. 6 m Lichtband - Pendelmontage, 219 St. Wandanbauleuchten, 43 St. Aufbauleuchten, 52 St. Einbau - Downlights, 80 St. Außenleuchten, ca. 3.400 m Brandmeldekabel, 1 St. Datenverteiler-Standschrank, 8 St. Datenverteiler-Wandschränke, ca. 3.000 m Simplex Datenkabel, ca. 4.500 m Duplex Datenkabel, ca. 720 m LWL- Kabel, 112 St. Datenanschlussdosen, 1 St. MSR-Datenverteiler - Wandschrank, ca. 2.600 m Lautsprecherkabel, 42 St. Lautsprecher für Durchsagesystem, 1 St. Einbruchmeldeanlage, ca. 1,1 km Fernmeldekabel, 2 St. RWA-Zentralen, ca. 0,54 km Fundamenterder Stahl Niro, ca. 0,33 km Fangleitung isoliert Alu, ca. 0,1 km Ableitung isoliert Alu, ca. 0,71 km Potentialausgleichsleiter isoliert Alu, 21 St. Fangstangen. Mit den entsprechend erforderlichen Komponenten und Zubehör im Gebäude zu installieren.
