Neubau Biophotonik-Gebäude - VE 4200 Wärmeversorgungsanlagen und Kälteanlagen Der Neubau eines Biophotonik-Gebäudes am Standort Leibniz-IPHT, Campus Beutenberg in Jena, dient vorwiegend der Unterbringung von Laborflächen der biologischen Sicherheitsstufen S2/S3**, von Büroflächen sowie eines Konfernzbereiches. Die Hauptnutzung umfasst Forschung und Entwicklung optischer Gesundheitstechnologien. Für die Ausführung der ausgeschriebenen Leistung sind folgende Mengen/ Nachweise vorgesehen: KG420-Wärmeversorgungsanlagen: - 1 St. Fernwärmestation - Flachheizkörper - Gliederheizrkörper in Hygenieausführung für S2-Labore - 6 St. Umwälzpumpen - 1800m Rohrleitung inkl. Wärmedämmung - Wärmemengenzähler KG434-Kälteanlagen: - 1 St. Kaltwassersatz 720 kW - 2 Stück Rückkühler a 415 kW - Stahlunterkonstrktion und Umweltschutzwanne für Rückkühler - 3 St. Labor-Kühlmobil - 10 St. Umwälspumpen - 4 Stk. Plattenwärmeübertrager - 735 m² Heiz- und Kühledecke - 2000 m Rohrleitung inkl. Schwitzwasserdämmung - Wärmemengenzähler
