Neubau Biophotonik-Gebäude - VE 4732 Reinstgasversorgung Der Neubau eines Biophotonik-Gebäudes am Standort Leibniz-IPHT, Campus Beutenberg in Jena, dient vorwiegend der Unterbringung von Laborflächen der biologischen Sicherheitsstufen S2/S3**, von Büroflächen sowie eines Konfernzbereiches. Die Hauptnutzung umfasst Forschung und Entwicklung optischer Gesundheitstechnologien. Für die Ausführung der ausgeschriebenen Vergabe sind folgende VOB-Leistungen vorgesehen: 3 St. Flaschen-Druckminderer-Batterien (je 4 Flaschen) für Standardgase bis Reinheit 6.0 (N₂, Ar, CO₂) 12 St. Wandflaschenhalterungen für 12 Gasflaschen Ca. 1800 m Rohrleitung aus Edelstahl bis 8/10 x 1 mm für Standardgase bis Reinheit 6.0, spezialgereinigt und elektropoliert im Raum bis zur Absperrarmatur und in der Laboreinrichtung Ca. 30 m Rohrleitung aus Edelstahl bis 28 x 1 mm als Abblaseleitung 1 St. Dachdurchdringung / Haube für Ausblaseleitung Ca. 40 St. Wanddurchführungen (Trockenbau, Massivwände) einschl. brandschutzgerechter Verschluss Ca. 85 St. Absperrarmaturen 3 St. Magnetventile für Reinstgase bis Reinheit 6.0, Gasart Standard, nicht aggressiv 1 St. Schaltkästen für Magnetventile Ca. 95 St. Entnahmestellen aus Messing für Standardgas bis Reinheit 6.0, Stickstoff (N₂, Ar, CO₂) 1 St. Gasmangelsignalisierung einschließlich Meldeleuchte 2 St. Flaschenwaage für CO₂ 1 St. Gaswarnanlagen im Gaslager einschließlich Blitzleuchten und Hupe Inbetriebnahme einschließlich abschnittsweiser Druckprüfung, Spülung, Gasfeuchtemessung, Schweißnahtkontrolle, Erhaltungsbetrieb/Probebetrieb bis Übergabe sowie Werkplanerstellung und Dokumentation Einweisung
