Description

Lieferung und Montage - Elektroinstallation nach DIN 18 382 und Elektroanlagen in der zum Zeitpunkt der Ausführung gültigen Fassung. Bei dem Bauvorhaben handelt es sich um die Ergänzung der Erich-Kästner-Schule in Lich mit einem 2-geschossigen Erweiterungsneubau mit Mensabereich (Küche und Speisesaal), einem Multifunktionsraum, zusätzlichen Klassenräumen sowie weitere Neben- und Technikräume. Das Gebäude wird entsprechend der Anforderungen aus dem GEG 2024 entsprechend GEG § 51 "Anforderungen an ein bestehendes Gebäude bei Erweiterung und Ausbau" errichtet. Darüber hinaus wird der Wärmeschutz des Gebäudes entsprechend des Bestandsgebäudes in Anlehnung an die Passivhausbauweise geplant.
