Description

Der Landkreis Nienburg/Weser plant den Neubau einer Feuerwehrtechnischen Zentrale (FTZ) im Gewerbegebiet des Ortes Lemke, Gemeinde Marklohe. Es handelt sich um einen Ersatzneubau für die bestehende FTZ in der Verdener Landstraße in Nienburg. Das Raumprogramm umfasst ca. 8.200 m² Nutzflächen, sowie ca. 9.140 m² Außenbereiche -Bewegungs- und Übungsflächen. Hierzu steht ein ca. 3,4 ha großes Baufeld zur Verfügung. Die ausgeschriebenen Leistungen umfassen: Die Einspeisung des Geländes erfolgt über einen MS-Anschluss. Die MS-Anlage bildet dabei die Schnittstelle und ist Teil des Projektumfangs. Von diesem wird ein Trafo mit 1.000kVA versorgt, welcher wiederum in eine Niederspannungshauptverteilung einspeist. Es speisen ebenfalls ein Notstromaggregat und eine PV-Anlage in die NSHV ein. Diese sind jeweils nicht Leistungsbestandteil. Die Schnittstelle bildet jeweils der Kabelzug bis an die jeweiligen Anlagen. Im Leistungsumfang ist der gesamte Kabelzug enthalten. Dies betrifft ebenfalls den Kabelzug des Gewerkes Gebäudeautomation (GA) und der sicherheitstechnischen Anlagen (BMA, ZuKo, Video), welche nicht in diesem LV enthalten sind. Aus der NSHV werden die Unterverteilungen, ASPs, USV-Anlage und große Leistungsabnehmer versorgt. Aus den Unterverteilungen werden alle Leistungsabnehmer des jeweiligen Unterverteilungsbereichs versorgt. Das Verschließen der Durchbrüche erfolgt übergeordnet durch einen Baumeister. Dies ist nicht Teil des Leistungsumfangs. Die Erschließung der Arbeitspläne erfolgt zum Großteil über Bodentanks und teilweise über Brüstungskanäle.
