Ausführung der Bauleistung im Gewerk Großküchentechnik für den Neubau der Gesamtschule Altenessen-Süd, Erbslöhstr. 3, 45326 Essen. Die Stadt Essen plant aufgrund steigender Schülerzahlen und verstärkter Nachfrage nach Gesamtschulplätzen im Stadtgebiet Essen die Neugründung und den Neubau einer 6-zügigen Gesamtschule sowie einer Dreifachsporthalle, zwei Einfachsporthallen und Nebenanlagen an der Erbslöhstraße im Stadtteil Altessen-Süd. Bei der zu erbringenden Leistung handelt es sich um die Lieferung, den Einbau und den Anschluss der Großküchentechnik inkl. kältetechnischer Anlagen für eine Zubereitungsküche mit ca. 500 Verpflegungsteilnehmern. Die Ausschreibung beinhaltet unter anderem folgende neue Ausstattung: 1 Kühlzellenkombination (NK + TK) inkl. kältetechnische Anlagen 5 Tischanlagen in CNS 3 Heißluftkombidämpfer 1 Kochblockanlage mit zwei multifunktionalen Gargeräten, Arbeitstischen Kochkessel und E-Herd 1 Doppelkorbspülmaschine mit Tischanlagen 1 Utensilien-Spülmaschine mit Tischanlagen 1 Ausgabenanlage mit 2 Warmausgaben für die Mittagsverpflegung 2 mobile Kaltausgaben 7 Lagerregalanlagen Fahrbare Geräte und Einrichtungsgegenstände Die Baumaßnahme wird nach BNB-und QNG-Anforderungen zertifiziert.
