Description

Rahmenvereinbarung für die Immobilienwirtschaft der Stadt Essen Elektro. Lose 1-10, Bezirke 1-9, nach dem STLB Bau Z LB 682 vom 2025-07 Es sind 10 Lose in 9 Stadtbezirken für kleinere Elektro- Installationen für Liegenschaften der Stadt Essen, Schulen, Kita´s, Verwaltungsgebäude etc. in einer Rahmenvereinbarung zu vergeben. Neben der Bauunterhaltung können auch Um- und Neubaumaßnahmen bis zu einem Netto Auftragswert von 15.000 EUR über diesen Rahmenvereinbarung abgewickelt werden. Installationsarbeiten im Rathaus Essen, Porscheplatz 1 (eigene Werkstatt) und an den nachfolgenden aufgeführten Anlagen sind grundsätzlich nicht Vertragsbestandteil. - Naturwissenschaftliche Räume - RWA-Anlagen - Sicherheitsbeleuchtung - Tribünen- und Trennwände - Bühnentechnik - Elektr. Sonnenschutzanlagen - Gefahrenmeldeanlagen - Evakuierungsanlagen - KNX-Anlagen Die Beauftragung erfolgt durch den Fachbereich Immobilienwirtschaft. Die Rahmenvereinbarung hat eine Laufzeit von 1 Jahr. Der Vertrag verlängert sich um weitere 12 Monate sofern er nicht von einer der Parteien drei Monate vor Ablauf schriftlich gekündigt wird. Nach insgesamt 48 (4 Jahren) Monaten endet der Vertrag, ohne das es einer Kündigung bedarf, automatisch. Weitere Informationen sind den Vergabeunterlagen zu entnehmen.
