Description

Brandmeldeanlage Die Leistung umfasst die Lieferung, Montage, Inbetriebnahme und Programmierung einer Brandmeldeanlage mit Vollschutz (Kategorie 1) einschließlich Brandmelder, Handfeuermelder, akustischer Alarmierung und Feuerwehreinrichtungen. Die Anlage ist nach DIN 14675 und DIN VDE 0833 auszuführen, einschließlich Feuerwehraufschaltung, Ansteuerung der Lüftungsanlagen und Aufzugssteuerung im Brandfall. Sprachalarmanlage Die Leistung umfasst die Lieferung, Montage, Inbetriebnahme und Programmierung einer Sprachalarmanlage einschließlich Lautsprecher zur Alarmierung. Die Anlage ist nach DIN VDE 0833 und Sicherheitsstufe 2 auszuführen. Der STI Faktor findet keine Berücksichtigung, da die Alarmierung über DIN Ton stattfindet. Eine automatische Ansteuerung durch die BMZ, sowie die Anbindung für betriebliche Durchsagen, Amokalarm und Veranstaltungen sind neben der Feuerwehrsprechstelle am Hauptzugang vorzusehen. Eine vollflächige Alarmierung im Innen- und Außenbereich ist vorzusehen. Notfall- Gefahren- Reaktionssystem (NGRS) Das vorgesehene Notfall- Gefahren- Reaktionssystem wird im Sicherheitsgrad 2 errichtet. Im ersten Bauabschnitt wird der Neubau bestückt. Die NGRS Komponenten werden auf 2 Etagen im Neubau gesammelt aufgeschaltet und im Anschluss auf die Hauptzentrale im Untergeschoss des Bestandsbaus verteilt. Eine Polizeiaufschaltung ist nicht vorgesehen, jedoch eine Rufweiterleitung an eine hilfeleistende Stelle, die durch den AG definiert wird.
