Description

Umbau/Instandsetzung WC-Anlagen; Erneuerung Sanitär. Austausch Trinkwasserleitungen (vz. Stahl) gegen Edelstahl mit hygienischer Leitungsführung u. Hygienespülung. Ersatz Guss-Abwasser durch SML, inkl. Brandschutz. Erneuerung Sanitärobjekte. Bei der Baumaßnahme handelt es sich um die Sanierung des Hauptgebäudes. Geschossigkeit: 9 Vollgeschosse Die Baumaßnahme beginnt ca. Mitte September 2026 und wird bis Ende April 2029 ausgeführt. Dabei kommen folgende Leistungen zur Ausführung: Sanitärinstallation: - 205 Stück Sanitäre Objekte - 26 Stück Durchlauferhitzer - 12 Stück Schmutzwasser Hebeanlagen - 1 Stück TW-Druckerhöhungsanlage - 1 Stück Hygienespülung - ca. 1343 m Rohrleitung DN 12 bis DN 65 - ca. 1550 m SML-Abflussrohr DN 50 bis DN 150 - ca. 103 m PE-Abflussrohr DN 50 bis DN 100 - ca. 18 m Gasleitung DN 12 bis DN 25 - 110 Stück Diverse Ventile DN 15 bis DN 65 - ca. 2004 m Wärmedämmung - 456 Stück Rohrschottungen - 88 Stück Brandschutz-Kit - 249 Stück Demontage Sanitärer Objekte - 44 Stück Demontage Diverser Ventile DN 15 bis DN 65 - 19 Stück Demontage Bodenabläufe - ca. 1435 m Demontage Wasserleitungen DN 15 bis DN 80 - ca. 1558 m Demontage Abwasserleitungen DN 50 bis DN 150
