Die elektrotechnischen Anlagen der KG 440 und 450 EDV werden erneuert und an die neuen Nutzungs- und Sicherheitsanforderungen angepasst. Dies umfasst Energieversorgung, Beleuchtung, Steuerungs-, Daten- und Sicherheitssysteme einschließlich Montage, Inbetriebnahme und Dokumentation. Art und Umfang der Leistung Bei der Baumaßnahme handelt es sich um die umfassende Sanierung der elektrotechnischen Anlagen der Julius-Leber-Schule, Seilerstraße 32, Frankfurt am Main. Im Zuge der Maßnahme werden die elektrotechnischen Anlagen der KG 440 und KG 450 in den von der Planung erfassten Bereichen erneuert, ergänzt und an die neuen Nutzungs- und Sicherheitsanforderungen angepasst. Der Leistungsumfang umfasst insbesondere die Energieversorgung und -verteilung, Kabel- und Leitungsanlagen, Installationsgeräte, Beleuchtungs- und Sicherheitsbeleuchtungsanlagen, KNX-/DALI-Steuerungen, Daten- und Kommunikationsnetze sowie weitere elektrotechnische Neben- und Sicherheitssysteme. Die Leistungen umfassen jeweils Lieferung, Montage, Anschluss, Prüfung, Inbetriebnahme und Dokumentation. Die Ausführung erfolgt abschnittsweise im Rahmen der Gesamtsanierung.
