Neubau einer Polderwand auf ca. 470 m Länge inkl. Toren und einer neuen Einleitstelle inkl. kombiniertem Schieber- / Pumpenschacht. Sowie teilweise Auffüllung der schiefen Ebene des Helgens und Herstellung einer neuen Uferböschung Die Hamburg Port Authority beabsichtigt den Standort am Lübecker Ufer zu erneuern. Dafür soll die hochwassergeschützte Fläche vergrößert werden. Außerdem soll die Polderwand in diesem Bereich für die neuen Bemessungswasserstände von NHN +8,10 m zzgl. Freibord ausgelegt werden. Die Maßnahme umfasst folgende Leistungen: 3PO - Neubau einer Polderwand auf ca. 470 m Länge inkl.: - 6 HWS-Toren, - einer neuen Einleitstelle inkl. kombiniertem Schieber-/Pumpenschacht und Leitungskreuzung DN700 sowie - 2 Leitungskreuzungen mit jeweils 4 x DN 150 bis 200 durch Spundwand bzw. Stahl-betonwand. 4HE - teilweise Auffüllung der schiefen Ebene des Helgens und Herstellung einer neuen Uferböschung. // Hinweis: Die Plangenehmigung für das Bauvorhaben liegt noch nicht in Gänze vor und wird vor der Submission finalisiert. Die Auftragsvergabe liegt unter dem Vorbehalt der erteilten Plangenehmigung. Gegenstand der vorliegenden Ausschreibung ist die ingenieurbautechnische Herstellung einer Polderwand und Herstellung einer neuen Uferböschung und umfasst folgende wesentliche Arbeiten: - Rückbau und teilw. Wiederherstellung vorh. Oberflächenbefestigung ca. 4.000 m² - Aushub Rammgrabe n ca. 7.000 m³ - Liefern und Einbringen von Wellenspundwänden inkl. Abdeckholm ca. 1.400 to - Herstellen von Mikropfählen (teilweise inkl. Kampfmittelbegleitung) ca. 110 St - Herstellen von Balken und Wand in Stahlbeton ca. 1.000 m³ - Herstellen von Straßentoren (Schiebetoren) 5 St - Herstellen von Gleistor (inkl. Gleisarbeiten) 1 St - Herstellen von Einleitstellen inkl. Schieber-/Pumpenschacht u. Leitungskreuzung 1 St - Herstellung von Leitungskreuzungen 2 St - Verfüllen von Rammgraben ca. 2.500 m³ - Verfüllung des Helgens ca. 7.500 m³ - Böschungsbau ca. 1.600 m²
