Description

Erbringung von Kontrolle,- und Aufsichtsleistungen für die Umschlag,- und Baggerhutbehandlungsanlagen in Francop, Moorburg, Finkenwerder Vorhafen. Zur landseitigen Annahme von Baggergut betreibt die HPA verschiedene nach dem Bundes-Immissionsschutzgesetz (BImSchG) genehmigte Umschlag- und Baggergutbehandlungsanlagen in Francop, Finkenwerder Vorhafen, Moorburg Mitte/Ost und Ellerholz. Mit einer europaweiten Verhandlungsverfahren sollen die Kontroll- und Überwachungsleistungen für die oben genannten Behandlungsanlagen während eines Einspülvorgangs sowie der Umschlagarbeiten an eine externe Firma vergeben werden. Die Kontrollaufgaben des AN umfassen die Aufsicht und Regulierung der Spülrohrleitungen vor und während eines Spülvorgangs, das Feststellen von Undichtigkeiten und Anomalien sowie deren unverzügliche Meldung im Falle des Auftretens. Zudem gehört das Führen eines Bautagebuchs mit der Erfassung wesentlicher Daten wie Beginn-/Ende -Uhrzeit, Temperatur, Datum usw. zu den Aufgaben. Der AN ist verantwortlich für die fachgerechte Dokumentation der gesamten Maßnahme.
