Description

Die St. Irmgardis-Krankenhaus Süchteln GmbH beabsichtigt den Neubau eines Bettenhauses. Das Vorhaben beinhaltet den Neubau eines dreigeschossigen Bettenhauses, anschließend an das Bestandsbettenhauses, Bauteil B des St. Irmgardis-Krankenhaus in Süchteln. Im Erdgeschoss wird eine neue Eingangssituation mit Information, Aufnahmeplätzen mit Wartebereich und überwachter Abhol-Wartefläche geschaffen. Die weiteren Flächen vom Erdgeschoss bis zum 2. Obergeschoss dienen der Pflege. Gegenstand dieses Loses war die Fachplanung TGA HLS gemäß § 53 Abs. 2 HOAI i. V. m. Anlage 15 zur HOAI für die Anlagengruppen 1 bis 3 & 7 in den Leistungsphasen 1 bis 9. Neben den übertragenen Grundleistungen werden ausgewählte besondere Leistungen übertragen. Das Nähere regelt die Leistungsbeschreibung.; Gegenstand dieses Loses war die Fachplanung TGA ELT gemäß § 53 Abs. 2 HOAI i. V. m. Anlage 15 zur HOAI für die Anlagengruppen 4 bis 6 in den Leistungsphasen 1 bis 9. Neben den übertragenen Grundleistungen werden ausgewählte besondere Leistungen übertragen. V. m. Anlage 14 zur HOAI in den Leistungsphasen 1 bis 6. Los 2: Fachplanung TGA HLS gemäß § 53 Abs. 2 HOAI i. V. m. Anlage 15 zur HOAI für die Anlagengruppen 1 bis 3 und 7 in den Leistungsphasen 1 bis 9. Los 3: Fachplanung TGA ELT gemäß § 53 Abs. 2 HOAI i. V. m. Anlage 15 zur HOAI für die Anlagengruppe 4 bis 6 in den Leistungsphasen 1 bis 9.
