Die St. Irmgardis-Krankenhaus Süchteln GmbH beabsichtigt den Neubau eines Bettenhauses. Das Vorhaben beinhaltet den Neubau eines dreigeschossigen Bettenhauses, anschließend an das Bestandsbettenhauses, Bauteil B des St. Irmgardis-Krankenhaus in Süchteln. Im Erdgeschoss wird eine neue Haupteingangssituation mit Information, Aufnahmeplätzen mit Wartebereich und überwachter Abhol-Wartefläche geschaffen. Die weiteren Flächen vom Erdgeschoss bis zum 2. Obergeschoss dienen der Pflege. Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind die Objektplanungsleistungen zu folgendem HOAI-Leistungsbild: Objektplanung Gebäude gemäß § 34 HOAI i. V. m. Anlage 10 zur HOAI in den Leistungsphasen 3 bis 9.
