Rahmenvereinbarung über die Lieferung von Einsatzhandschuhen an die Bayerische Polizei Der Auftraggeber sichert dem Auftragnehmer während der gesamten Vertragslaufzeit die Abnahme folgender Abnahmemengen zu. Diese sind der Kalkulation zu Grund zu legen: Verbindliche Mindestabnahmemenge (entspricht der Schätzmenge): 4.000 Paar Einsatzhandschuhe inkl. Karabinerhaken; Darüber hinaus stellt de AN sicher, dass folgende, über die Mindestabnahme hinausgehende zusätzliche Abnahmemengen während der gesamten Vertragslaufzeit unverbindlich abgenommen werden können: Unverbindliche Abnahmemenge; 1.500 Paar Einsatzhandschuhe inkl. Karabinerhaken; Als Höchstabnahmemenge werden während der gesamten Vertragslaufzeit vereinbart: 5.500 Paar Einsatzhandschuhe inkl. Karabinerhaken.
