69120 Heidelberg, Im Neuenheimer Feld 305-368, HD, Uni, INF 305-368, Schadstoffsanierung 24/25, Schadstoffuntersuchungen, Gegenstand dieser Rahmenvereinbarung sind Planungs-,Beratungs- und Gutachterleistungen für Schadstoffe in Gebäuden der Universität Heidelberg. Bearbeitungsgebiet ist der Gebäudekomplex Theoretikum der Universität Heidelberg, welcher eine Geschossfläche von ca. 150.000 m², verteilt auf 20 Gebäude umfasst. Das Theoretikum ist im Zentrum des Campus "Im Neuenheimer Feld" gelegen. Die Gebäude werden im überwiegenden Teil als hochinstallierte Labore für naturwissenschaftliche Forschung und Lehre genutzt. Alle Gebäude sind über eine gemeinsame technische Infrastrukturebene im ersten und zweiten Untergeschoss miteinander verbunden. In den beiden Untergeschossen sowie in den Zwischendecken der oberirdischen Geschosse wurde schwach gebundenes Asbest gefunden. Die Fassadenplatten sind in großen Teilen noch aus Asbestzement; die alten, leichten Trennwände beinhalten KMF. Die teilweise noch vorhandenen Deckenplatten der Abhangdecken sind mit PCB belaset. Um den Gebäudebetrieb aufrecht zu erhalten, müssen immer wieder Bereiche (vor-) untersucht und/oder kontrolliert werden, um eine Gefährdung für den Nutzer ausschließen zu können. Zudem ist die ausführende Schadstoffsanierungsfirma bei einzelnen Maßnahmen zu instruieren und bei der Ausführung fachtechnisch zu überwachen. Die Laufzeit dieser Rahmenvereinbarung beträgt 1 Jahr mit der Option der Verlängerung um weitere 3 Jahre. Aus der Rahmenvereinbarung ergibt sich kein Anspruch auf ein bestimmtes Auftragsvolumen. Die Bewerbung hat mit dem vom Auftraggeber vorgegebenen Teilnahmeantrag zu erfolgen. Der Teilnahmeantrag ist abrufbar unter der oben genannten Internetadresse.
