Gegenstand dieser Beschaffung ist der Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung für die Aufbewahrung und die langfriste Konservierung von Sammlungsmaterial am LIB Standort in Hamburg in standardisierten Glaszylindern aus Borosilikatglas 3.3 Planschliffgläsern mit umgelegtem Rand und Planflansch mit Abdeckscheibe als Verschluss für die nächsten drei Jahre. Die Glasgefäße werden zur Unterbringung und Konservierung zoologischer Präparate in Alkohol in den zoologischen Sammlungen der Abteilungen Wirbeltiere und Wirbellose benötigt. In den Gläsern soll unterschiedliches zoologisches Sammlungsmaterial langfristig (> 50 Jahre) in 70% vergälltem Alkohol (MEK) oder Formalin (4-10%) gelagert werden. Die Sammlungsobjekte können Öle und Fette oder auch ursprünglich zur Fixierung genutztes Formalin abgeben. Daher soll das Glas chemisch stabil, physiologisch unbedenklich und nicht mit dem Sammlungsmaterial interagieren. Die Glaszylinder sollen baugleich und identisch in der Ausführung sein, die Verschlüsse frei austauschbar. Für Aufbewahrung und Lagerung von Sammlungen des Kulturellen Erbes bestehen besondere qualitative Anforderungen bezüglich der chemischen Stabilität und Reaktivität der verwendeten Gläser für die langfristige Konservierung und Sicherung der Sammlungsobjekte.
