TW - Sanierung Olympia-Zeltdach, Gerüstbauarbeiten / OST inkl. Zwischendach_Bw3 Stellung und Vorhaltung von Baustellengerüsten zur Sanierung des Olympiazeltdaches im Olympiapark München (Bayern, DE). Das Olympiazeltdach erstreckt sich über eine Gesamtfläche von ca. 78.000 m² und überspannt das Olympiastadion, Freibereiche (Zwischendächer) sowie die Olympiahalle und Olympiaschwimmhalle. Die zu erbringende Leistung umfasst die Planung, statischer Nachweis und Gerüststellung an den Rand-, Abspann-, und Augenseilen sowie an den Mastköpfen und Gußknoten des Olympiastadions und des Zwischendaches zur Olympiahalle. Im Einzelnen werden Raumgerüste und hängende Gerüste an den Rand- und Augenbereichen des Zeltdaches sowie an den Mastköpfen und Luftstützen montiert. Zudem sind Gerüsttürme für den Dachaufstieg und die notwendigen Rettungswege zu stellen, sowie Absturzsicherungen anzubringen. Zum Großteil sind die Gerüste staubdicht einzuhausen und der Zugang über Schleusen herzustellen. Ziel des geplanten Gerüstbaus ist die Bearbeitung der betroffenen Bauteile durch das Gewerk Korrosionsschutz zu ermöglichen. Im ersten Bauabschnitt werden die Mengen für das Olympiastadion und des anbindenden Zwischendachs ausgeschrieben. Durch die wetterbedingte Eintaktung der Sanierung ist ein Ab-, resp. Umbau der Gerüste in den Wintermonaten zwingend notwendig. Bw 3: Olympiastadion inkl. Zwischendach // 03.2026 - 10.2028 Eckdaten der Leistung: • Einhausung Schwarz-Weiß-Bereich: ca. 37.000 m²; • Hängegerüst: ca. 1400 lfm; • Raumgerüst: ca. 40.500 m³; • Raumgerüst auf Weitspannträgern: ca. 7000 m³
