Das Gebäude ist ein nicht unterkellerter 2-geschossiger Solitärbau mit Flachdach als Gründach mit PV-Anlage BGF: ca. 1.900 qm BRI: ca. 9.890 cbm Das Leistungsverzeichnis umfasst das Gewerk Gerüstbauarbeiten. Das Gerüst wird freistehend ohne Verankerung in der Fassade errichtet, als Gerüst für Dachdeckerarbeiten, Fenster- u. Sonnenschutzmontage, Fassadenarbeiten als gemauerte Vorsatzschale mit Außenputz Gerüstklasse 4 Breitenklasse: W 09 Verkehrslast: 3 kN/m2 (300 kg/m2) Höchste Gerüstlage bis max. 10,15 m über Gelände
