SBH | Schulbau Hamburg hat als Landesbetrieb der Freien und Hansestadt Hamburg (nachstehend SBH genannt) die Aufgabe, die Schulimmobilien unter Berücksichtigung der schulischen Belange nach wirtschaftlichen Grundsätzen zu planen, zu bauen, zu unterhalten und zu bewirtschaften und die mehr als 400 Schulen an die Behörde für Schule und Berufsbildung (BSB) zu vermieten. --------------- Am Standort Denksteinweg 17 ist ein Neubau von Klassen, Mensa und Sporthalle in 2-geschossiger Bauweise vorgesehen. Das Gebäude wird als Massivbau mit Stahlbeton- bzw. Holzdach (Halle) und Verblendmauerwerksfassade ausgeführt. --------------- Hier: Gerüstbau --------------- Folgende Leistungen sind enthalten: Gerüstarbeiten: Aufbau, Vorhaltung und Abbau eines Arbeitsgerüstes Außen einschl. Konsolen mit ca. 1.700qm Fläche (Höhe ca. 10m) sowie eines Arbeitsgerüstes Innen mit ca. 850qm, 5 Treppentürmen und 2 Rollgerüsten.
