Description

Umweltfreundliche Unterhaltsreinigung in der Liegenschaft Modulbau des Deutschen Bundestages Gegenstand des Vertrages sind die Unterhaltsreinigung sowie sonstige Reinigungsleistungen und Sonderreinigungen in dem Dienstgebäude Modulbau des Deutschen Bundestages (MODB). Des Weiteren ist die Beseitigung von Schneebrettern und Eisschlag an dem Dienst-gebäude MODB Vertragsbestandteil. Der MODB ist ein aus 400 Modulen bestehender Gebäudekomplex. Er dient im Wesentlichen der Unterbringung der Abgeordnetenbüros und der dazugehörigen Servicebüros der Bundestagsverwaltung. Diese Liegenschaft stellt somit hohe Anforderungen an das repräsentative Erscheinungsbild. Zum Leistungsumfang gehören die Reinigung der Büroräume, Besprechungsräume, Teeküchen, Verkehrsflächen und Sanitärräume. Jährlich ist eine Gesamtfläche von 1.784.182,13 m² zu reinigen. Diese unterteilt sich in folgende Grundflächen: - 58,30 % Hauptnutzfläche, - 5,95 % Nebennutzfläche und - 35,75 % Verkehrsfläche. Die detaillierte Aufstellung der Raumarten ist Punkt 6.1.1 der Leistungsbeschreibung zu entnehmen. Die Höchstmengen der Reinigungen entsprechen für die Preispositionen 1.1 und 1.6 der Preisangaben der dort angegebenen Menge. Die Höchstmenge der unter Preispositionen 1.2 und 1.4 der Preisangaben beschriebenen Sonderdienste beträgt: für Position 1.2.1 8.340Stunden, für Position 1.2.2 150 Stunden, für Position 1.2.3 750 Stunden, für Position 1.2.4 75 Stunden, für Position 1.2.5 75 Stunden, für Position 1.2.6 600 Stunden, für Position 1.2.7 75 Stunden, für Position 1.4.1 300 m², für Position 1.4.2 300 m², für Position 1.4.3 3.000 m², für Position 1.4.4 3.000 m², für Position 1.4.5 3.000 m² auf die gesamte Vertragslaufzeit gerechnet. Es werden nur die tatsächlich geleisteten Stunden beziehungsweise die tatsächlich gereinigte Fläche vergütet. Es kann keine Mindestabnahme garantiert werden.
