Die Investitions- und Strukturbank Rheinland-Pfalz (ISB) beabsichtigt zum 1.3.2027 die Reinigungsdienstleistung neu zu vergeben. Die Reinigungsdienstleistung umfasst die Unterhaltsreinigung (inkl. Erbringung eines Tagesdienstes) sowie die Glasreinigung. Der Vertrag wird für die Dauer von drei Jahren fest vereinbart. Es besteht eine zweimalige Verlängerungsoption für die AG für jeweils einem Jahr. Die ISB ist Verwalter für die Eigentümergemeinschaft ISB/HWK in der Holzhofstr. 4. Zum Erzielen von Synergieeffekten wird in diesem Vergabeverfahren auch die Reinigungsleistung für die Allgemeinflächen der ETG ISB/HWK ausgeschrieben. Dazu gehören neben dem Winterdienst (Verkehrssicherungspflicht!) auch Reinigungsleistungen im Außenbereich. Aufteilung in 2 Fachlose LOS1: Die Unterhaltsreinigung umfasst die arbeitstägliche Reinigung sowie die (optionale) jährliche Grundreinigung o des eigenen Bürogebäudes Holzhofstr. 4 (HHS 4, Fläche ca. 5.380 m² bei einer Jahresreinigungsfläche von ca. 600.000 m²) o einer angemieteten Fläche im Nebengebäude Holzhofstr. 7 (HHS 7, Fläche ca. 520 m² bei einer Jahresreinigungsfläche von ca. 57.000 m²) o einer angemieteten Fläche im Business Campus Mainz, Wilhelm-Theodor-Römheld-Straße 30, 55130 Mainz (BCM, Fläche ca. 1.677 m² bei einer Jahresreinigungsfläche von ca. 190.000 m²) o einer Fläche ETG ISB/HWK in der Holzhofstr. 4 (HHS 4-ETG, Fläche ca. 1.950 m² bei einer Jahresreinigungsfläche von ca. 86.500 m²). Bei dieser Fläche handelt es sich im Wesentlichen um Treppenhäuser, Empfangsbereich, Des Weiteren ist am Standort HHS 4 ein Tagesdienst mit einer Arbeitszeit von 40 Std. wöchentlich zu stellen. Der Tagesdienst ist neben der Unterhaltsreinigung für den Vorstands- und IT-Bereich auch für die eigenverantwortliche Betreuung der Besprechungszimmer (inkl. Vorstandsbereich), der Küchen sowie der Entfernung plötzlich auftretender Verunreinigungen in der Liegenschaft HHS 4 + 7 zuständig. LOS 2: Die Glasreinigung umfasst die Fensterreinigung (einseitig gemessen, beidseitig zu reinigen: ca. 1.850 m² Glasfläche, Jahresreinigungsfläche ca. 4.000 m²) in einem fünfstöckigen Bürogebäude (ISB HHS 4 sowie ETG ISB/HWK) sowie die Reinigung von feststehenden Sichtschutzlamellen (ca. 110 lfd. Meter) im Erdgeschoß und 1. Obergeschoß.
