Art und Umfang der beiderseitigen Leistungen werden durch das Auftragsschreiben mit sämtlichen Anlagen (z.B. Leistungsbeschreibung, Zeichnungen, Skizzen) und durch den Vertrag, soweit dieser nichts regelt, durch die gesetzlichen Vorschriften bestimmt. Sind im Leistungsverzeichnis für die wahlweise Ausführung Wahlpositionen (Alternativpositionen) oder für die Ausführung einer nur im Bedarfsfall erforderlichen Leistung Bedarfspositionen (Eventualpositionen) vorgesehen, ist der Auftragnehmer (AN) verpflichtet, die in diesen Positionen beschriebenen Leistungen nach Aufforderung durch den Auftraggeber (AG) auszuführen. Die Entscheidung über die Ausführung von Wahlpositionen trifft der AG in der Regel bei Auftragserteilung, über die Ausführung von Bedarfspositionen nach Auftragserteilung. Bei den Leistungen handelt es sich um die Unterhaltsreinigung im Objekt der BGW Akademie Dresden.; Bei den Leistungen handelt es sich um die Glasreinigung im Objekt der BGW Akademie Dresden.
