Description

Der vorliegende Auftrag zu Gärtnerdiensten und Grünflächenpflege umfasst die Bereitstel-lung und Pflege sämtlicher Pflanzen in den Innenräumen des Sockelbaus vom WG bis zum 6. OG sowie die Pflege der Außenbeete auf den vier Terrassen im 2., 3. und 4. OG. Außer-halb des Gebäudes auf Ebene des WG und EG sind keine Leistungen zu erbringen. Im Ein-zelnen umfasst der Auftrag folgende Leistungspakete: • Vermietung von gesunden und gepflegten Pflanzen inklusive passender Pflanzbehälter in den Innenräumen des Sockelbaus über das ganze Jahr; • Jahrespflege der Außenbeete auf den Terrassen Die Angaben gemäß § 21 Abs. 1 Satz 2 VgV ergeben sich aus der beigefügten Leistungsbe-schreibung. Diese Angaben setzten die Anforderungen aus der Rechtsprechung (EuGH, Urt. v. 17.06.2021, C-23/20 - Simonsen & Weel) um.
