Description

Umsetzung und Betrieb eines Druck- und Kopierkonzeptes. Der Landkreis Heidekreis beabsichtigt auf der Basis dieses Vergabeverfahrens die Umsetzung und Betrieb eines Druck- und Kopierkonzeptes im Rahmen eines Managed Service Vertrages zu vergeben. Es erfolgt eine Auftragsvergabe an das wirtschaftlichste Angebot, im Verhältnis von Preis und Leistung, mit dem Abschluss eines EVB-IT-Systemvertrages. Kurze Beschreibung des Leistungsumfanges: Bereitstellung und Betrieb von 119 Arbeitsplatzdrucker, 48 A4-Multifunktionssysteme sowie 42 A3-Multifunktionssysteme sowie nachstehende Softwarelösungen wie - FollowMe - Scan-to E-Mail - Scan-to DMS - Fleetmanagement - Accountingsoftware. Weitere Zielsetzungen sind der Leistungsbeschreibung C10 Ziff. B.1 Zielsetzungen oder auch den zentralen Elementen des Verfahren Ziff. 2.1 dieser Veröffentlichung, zu entnehmen.
